Strain developmentDeveloped by Dale G. Deutsch at Stony Brook University, Natsuo Ueda at Kagawa University. ES cells derived from 129 (iTL1) were used. After crossing with a Flp line, this strain was backcrossed to C57BL/6N for more than 12 generations. C57BL/6N congenic line.
