Species | Mus musculus |
Strain name | B6.129-Has2<tm1.1Nita> |
Former Common name | Has2 conditional knockout |
H-2 Haplotype | |
ES Cell line | |
Background strain | |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Naoki Itano, Kyoto Sangyo University in 2006. An ES cell line derived from 129/SvEvTac was used. This line was crossed with a CAG-FLPe line to remove FRT-flanked neo cassette, and then backcrossed to C57BL/6 for 7 generations. |
Strain description | Floxed Has2 mice. Homozygous null mutants are embyonically lethal. |
