TypeTargeted MutationCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameC57BL/6-Drd1<tm1.1Mmsh>
Former Common nameDrd1a floxed, B6-Drd1a floxed, fDrd1a
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineRENKA [C57BL/6NCrlCrlj]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Noboru Mizushima, The University of Tokyo. RENKA ES cells derived from C57BL/6N was used and mice were maintained by brother-sister mating. A neo cassette was removed by crossing with B6-Tg(CAG-FLPe)36.
Strain descriptionFloxed Drd1a mice. Exon 2 of Drd1 is flanked by loxP sites. Conditional Drd1 deficient mice can be generated by crossing with cell type-specific Cre driver mice.
