Background strain | C57BL/6JJcl |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Shohei Hori, RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences. C57BL/6J-derived ES cells were used. The neo gene was removed by crossing to CAG-Cre mice. C57BL/6J genetic background. |
Strain description | Foxp3 (forkhead box P3) reporter mice. A DNA fragment containing IRES and cDNA for human CD2-human CD52 fusion protein was knocked in at 3’ UTR (between stop codon and endogenous polyA) of the Foxp3 gene. |
