H-2 Haplotype | |
ES Cell line | TT2 [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1] |
Background strain | C57BL/6JJcl |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Tadatsugu Taniguchi and Hideyuki Yanai, University of Tokyo in 2017. TT2 ES cells derived from C57BL/6 x CBA F1 were used. The neo gene was deleted by crossing mice expressing the Flippase. Mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for 10 generations. C57BL/6J congenic strain. |
Strain description | Floxed IRF-3(Irf3:interferon regulatory factor)mice. Homozygous mice are viable. |
