BRC No.RBRC10095
TypeTargeted Mutation CongenicCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameB6.Cg-Irf3<tm2.1Ttg>
Former Common nameIRF3-flox
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineTT2 [(C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1]
Background strainC57BL/6JJcl
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Tadatsugu Taniguchi and Hideyuki Yanai, University of Tokyo in 2017. TT2 ES cells derived from C57BL/6 x CBA F1 were used. The neo gene was deleted by crossing mice expressing the Flippase. Mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for 10 generations. C57BL/6J congenic strain.
Strain descriptionFloxed IRF-3(Irf3:interferon regulatory factor)mice. Homozygous mice are viable.
