Strain developmentDeveloped by Hiroyuki Tomita, Gifu University in 2010. KH2 ES cell (F1:C57BL/6 x 129/SV) was used. Mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for 3 or 4 generations.
Strain descriptionA mouse strain in which cDNA coding Dek [DEK oncogene (DNA binding)] with FLAG tag is driven by the TetO promoter. DNA construct was knocked in at the Col1a1 (collagen, type I, alpha 1) locus.
