Strain developmentDeveloped by Shingo Komura and his colleagues in 2013, and deposited by Yasuhiro Yamada, Center for iPS Cell Research and Application, Kyoto University. V6.5 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6 x 129S4/SvJae)F1 were used. Mixed genetic background.
Strain descriptionKnock-in mice for Cre-dependent overexpression of human EWSR1/ATF1 fusion protein. A FLAG-HA tag was fused to EWSR1/ATF1 C-terminally. A DNA fragment of loxP-STOP-loxP-EWSR1/ATF1 was knocked in at the Rosa26 locus.
