Strain development | Developed by Masayuki Yamamoto, Tohoku University School of Medicine in 2012. DNA construct was injected to fertilized eggs derived from B6D2F1. Mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for 10 generations. Y chromosome is derived from C57BL/6J. |
Strain description | Transgenic mice expressing mouse Nrf1 (Nfe2l1, nuclear factor, erythroid derived 2,-like 1) cDNA under the control of mouse Mafg promoter. Flag-tag was fused C-terminally to Nfe2l1 protein. |
