Strain developmentDeposited by Satoru Miyagi, Graduate School of Medicine, Chiba University. Mice were generated by Laboratory Animal Resource Center, University of Tsukuba. Two loxP sites were introduced by the CRISPR technique using C57BL/6N-derived fertilized eggs. C56BL /6N genetic background.
Strain descriptionPhf6 (PHD finger protein 6)floxed mice. loxP sites were introduced at intron 3 and 5 of the Phf6 gene. Phf6 floxed mouse show no obvious phenotype.
