Two loxP sites were introduced by the CRISPR technique using C57BL/6N-derived fertilized eggs. C56BL /6N genetic background. |
Strain description | Phf6 (PHD finger protein 6)floxed mice. loxP sites were introduced at intron 3 and 5 of the Phf6 gene. Phf6 floxed mouse show no obvious phenotype. |
