| Strain description | Knockin mice expressing dCas9 and EGFP. Parental knockin mice were generated by targeting DNA fragment, CAG-loxP-Neo-Stop-loxP-3xFLAG-dCas9-Frt-IRES-EGFP-Frt-pA, to the Rosa26 locus. The mice were further crossed with CAG-Cre mice to remove loxP-Neo-Stop-loxP cassette. |
