Strain development | Deposited by Kazuo Inoue, Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University. ES cells derived from BALB/c genetic background were used. BALB/c genetic background. |
Strain description | Ffar4, free fatty acid receptor (別名Gpr120, G-protein coupled receptor 120) knockout mice. Exon containing the translation initiation codon was replaced with the Neo gene. BALB/c genetic background. Homozygous mutants are viable and fertile and shown no gross abnormality. |
