Strain developmentDeveloped by Haruhiko Koseki, RIKEN, in 2012. M1(B6/129) ES cells were used. Neo selection gene cassette was removed by crossing with the ACT-FLPe mouse line.
Strain descriptionFloxed Qsox2 mice. Exon 2 was flanked by a pair of loxP sites. When Exon 2 was deleted, homozygous null mice show no obvious abnormality.
