Strain development | Deposited and developed by Makoto Noda, Kyoto University Graduate School of Medicine, in collaboration with RIKEN CDB. TT2 ES cells were used. This strain was backcrossed to C57BL/6J for 13 generations. C57BL/6 congenic strain. |
Strain description | Reck (reversion-inducing-cysteine-rich protein with kazal motifs) mutant mice. Exon 2 was floxed and FRT-pgk-neo-FRT was inserted at Intron 1. FRT-pgk-neo-FRT was not removed yet. Expression of RECK in homozyogous mice is less than 50% of that of wildtype mice. |
