Strain development | Developed by Masaru Taniguchi, RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences in 2014. iPS cells were established by introducing Yamanaka factors into NKT cells derived from B6J spleen. Chimeric mice were generated and then backcrossed with C57BL/6J for 10 generations. |
