Strain development | Developed by Masaru Taniguchi, RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences in 2010. ES cells were established by the nuclear transfer of NKT cells into enucleated eggs derived from B6D2F1. IRES-Venus was inserted downstream of the TCR Ca stop codon in the NKT-ES cells. Chimeric mice were generated and then backcrossed with C57BL/6J for 10 generations. |
