Strain descriptionBAC transgenic mice harboring a mutated form of Tmem240(transmembrane protein 240). Amino acid sequence after Tyr at 163 aa was replaced with Myc-His tag in BAC clone (R23-261I9). Four transgenic lines are available (RBRC10298, 10299, 10300, 10301).
