BRC No.RBRC10302
TypeTargeted MutationCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameC3;B6-Lrit1<tm1c(EUCOMM)Hmgu>/Tfur
Former Common nameLrit1-flox
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineJM8.N4 [C57BL/6N]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Takahisa Furukawa, Institute for Protein Research, Osaka University in 2017. JM8.N4 ES cells derived from C57BL6/N were used. C3H and B6 mixed genetic background. Mutations of Rd1(Pde6b) and Rd8(Crb1) were replaced with their normal alleles.
Strain descriptionLrit1(leucine-rich repeat, immunoglobulin-like and transmembrane domains 1)flox mice.A pair of loxP sites flank Exon 2. IRES-LacZ/Neo cassette was removed by crossing with B6-Tg(CAG-FLPe)37.
