Strain development | Developed by Yasunori Kanaho and Tunaki Hongu, University of Tsukuba in 2008. TT2 ES cells dereived from (C57BL/6NCrlj x CBA/JNCrlj)F1 was used, and then mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for more than 10 generations. |
Strain description | Arf6 floxed mice. A pair of loxP sites flank Exon 1 and 2 of the Arf6 gene. Homozygous floxed mice show no gross abnormality. |
