Strain developmentDeveloped by Shigekazu Ngata and Jun Suzuki at Osaka University in 2013. Bruce 4 ES cell line was used. Neomycin resistance gene was removed by crossing CAG-Cre mice. Exon 3 was deleted. Homozygous male are infertile.
