ES Cell line | KY1.1[(C57BL/6J x 129S6/SvEvTac)F1] |
Background strain | C57BL/6NCrSlc |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Masanari Seike, Osaka University in 2016. KY1.1(129/B6) ES cells were used, and then mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for 10 generations. C57BL/6J congenic strain. |
Strain description | Ebf3-CreERT knock-in mice. These mice have a tamoxifen-inducible cre (CreERT2) at the Ebf3 locus. IRES-CreERT2 and FRT-PGKpro-neo-pA-FRT cassettes were inserted into the 3' UTR of exon 16 of the Ebf3 locus. |
