TypeTargeted MutationCartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameC57BL/6N-Adrm1<tm1.2Smta>
Former Common nameRpn13f/ f
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineRENKA [C57BL/6NCrlCrlj]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Jun Hamazaki, The University of Tokyo in 2009. RENKA ES cells derived from C57BL/6N were used. Mice were further backcrossed to C57BL/6N for more than 6 generations.
Strain descriptionAdrm1 (adhesion regulating molecule 1, Rpn13 Rpn13) floxed mice. A pair of loxP flanks exon 3 and 4 of the Adrm1 gene. An FRT-flanked Neo gene was deleted by crossing with a Flp-mouse strain.
