Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Toshihiko Shiroishi and Tomoaki Fujii, National Institute of Genetics in 2005. TT2 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6 x CBA)F1 were used. Mice were backcrossed to C57BL/6J for more than 10 generations. C57BL/6 congenic line. Frt-flanked Neo cassette was deleted by crossing with Flp mice. |
