Strain developmentDeveloped by Kazuhiro Ikenaka at National Institute for Physiological Sciences in collaboration with Kenji Sakimura at Niigata University. RENKA ES cells derived from C57BL/6N were used to generate this strain. C57BL/6N background. Homozygous mice are viable and fertile.
