Background strain | |
Appearance | |
Strain development | Developed by Noriyuki Nakashima and Makoto Takano, Kurume University in 2017. |
Strain description | This strain has two different alleles at the Hcn4 gene locus. One is a reporter allele in which luciferase/EGFP fusion gene was inserted in frame of translation initiation codon of the Hcn4 gene. Hcn4 gene is disrupted. The other is an allele in which tTA/Tre cassette was inserted at the translation initiation site of the Hcn4 gene. |
