Strain development | Deposited by Itaru Imayoshi, Kyoto University in 2021 and generated in collaboration with Hiroyuki Okuno, Kagoshima University. EGR-101 ES cells derived from C57BL/6N were used to generate this strain. |
Strain description | tdiFP713NLS fluorescent protein is expressed after both Cre-and FLP-recombination. The transgene construct is knocked into Rosa26-locus. To achieve high-level transgene expression, tdiFP713NLS is expressed under CAG promoter and WPRE sequence is inserted into 3’ UTR region. FRT-Stop-FRT cassette was removed by crossing pCAG-FLPe strain. The HA-epitope tga was is attched to tdiFP713NLS. |
