BRC No.RBRC11378
TypeCRISPR/Cas9 (Transgene)Cartagena
SpeciesMus musculus
Strain nameICR-Atf5<em2(Atf5/HA)Yuta>
Former Common nameATF5-HA knock-in, ICR-ATF5HA KI
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell line
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeveloped by Haruo Nakano, Tokyo university of the pharmacy and life sciences in 2019.The HA-tag was introduced into zygotes by CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing. Jcl:ICR (CLEA Japan Inc.)The ATF5-HA knock-in male G0 offspring was mated with wild type females, and then propageted by sibling crossing (Heterozygous x Heterozygous or Homozygous x Homozygous).
Strain descriptionATF5-Hemagglutinin (HA) knock-in mice. A HA-tag sequence was integrated into the stop codon site of ATF5 gene at an in-flame position.
