Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeposited by Toru Yamamoto, Kagawa University in 2021. This strain was generated using TT2 ES cells derived from (C57BL/6 x CBA)F1. Mice were further backcrossed to C57BL/6N for 10 generations. C57BL/6N congenic strain. Frt-flanked Neo cassette was removed in this strain.
Strain descriptionClstn1 knockout mice with LacZ reporter replacing Exon 1 of the Clstn1 gene.
