Strain developmentDeposited by Toru Yamamoto, Kagawa University in 2021. This strain was generated using D3 ES cells derived from 129S2/SvPas. Mice were further backcrossed to C57BL/6N for 10 generations. C57BL/6N congenic strain.
Strain descriptionClstn3 knockout mice. PGK-neo fragment replaced exon 1 to 3 of the Clstn3 gene.
