Strain development | Developed by Tadafumi Kato, RIKEN CBS in 2021. This strain was generated using CMTI-2 ES cells derived from C57BL/6J. C57BL/6 genetic background. |
Strain description | A damaging missense mutation E492K (rs144901788) reported in humans was introduced in the mouse Ntrk1 (TrkA) genomic region. A PGK-neo cassette was not removed in this strain. To express the mutated E492K, this strain should be crossed to Flp and Cre strains. |
