Strain nameC57BL/6N-Gt(ROSA)26Sor<tm1(CAG-G-CaMP9a,-R-CaMP2)Hbto>
Former Common nameG-CaMP9a/R-CaMP2 KI mice
H-2 Haplotype
ES Cell lineRENKA [C57BL/6NCrlCrlj]
Background strain
Appearance
Strain developmentDeposited by Haruhiko Bito and Masayuki Sakamoto, The Universtiy of Tokyo in 2022. This strain was generated using RENKA (ES cell) derived from C57BL/6NCrlCrlj. C57BL/6N genetic background.
Strain descriptionG-CaMP9a and R-CaMP2 reporter mice under the control of Flp/FRT and Cre/loxP recombination, respectively.R-CaMP2 expression can be regulated by tTA/rtTA, but its expression is relatively weak.
