| Specific Term and Conditions | In publishing the research results obtained by use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE, a citation of the following literature(s) designated by the DEPOSITOR is requested. J. Biol. Chem., 298(6):101880 (2022). Dev. Biol., 230(2):230-42 (2001).Depositor limits the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE to not-for-profit institutions. Depositor limits the use of the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE to academic purposes. For-profit institutions and recipients who intend to use BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE for commercial research purposes shall acquire prior written consent from the Depositor. Recipient shall acquire prior written consent from the Depositor prior to filing an application for patent, or intellectual property or other rights based on the results of research using the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE. For-profit organizations must contact the DEPOSITOR (shinobuk@fmu.ac.jp) for a licensing contract. If any invention is conceived and reduced to practice by RECIPIENT in the performance of the Research Plan involving the BIOLOGICAL RESOURCE during the term of this MTA, RECIPIENT agrees to promptly inform the invention to DEPOSITOR and the parties will consult each other to determine inventorship and ownership of the invention based on the respective parties contribution to the invention, before filing an application for a patent. In the case of a jointly owned application, the parties will separately enter into a joint application agreement including the sharing of ownership, patent costs and licensing income, as well as the responsible party for the application procedures etc. |
