Reporter plasmid carring TCF-binding consensus sequence.

Clone info. Reporter plasmid carring 7 repeates of the TCF-binding consensus sequence upstream of the IFN-beta basal promoter followed by the luciferase geme. p55Bluc was made by inserting the minimam promoter sequences of human IFNbeta gene into the MCS of PGV-B (TOYO B-Net CO., LTD). Expression was confirmed by depositor as follows: reporter assay.
