Comment PCR cloning, forward primer, G6PB0047F: 5' gggagaaaacgttagggtgtggata 3'; reverse primer, G6PB0047R: 5' ccaatccagggaagcgtgtcaccg 3' (418 to 949 of X54156). Entire sequence of promoter region has not been confirmed.
