Clone info. PCR amplified human urokinase plasminogen activtor (uPA) promoter sequence was inserted into a Renilla luciferase reporter vector pKM2L (RDB04026). Genomic sequence from 57961 to 60063 of AL596247.22 corresponding -2068 to +35 (the transcription start site is designated +1. Fig. 1 of Verde, P. Nucleic Acids Res. 16 (22): 10699-10716, 1988) is cloned. Alternatively, 73909061 to 73911163(NC_000010.11); relatively -2071 to +32, where +1 corresponds to 1 nt of NM_002658.5 was cloned.
