pMXs-3xFLAG-KLF4(L507V)

Retroviral expression vector of human KLF4, mutant L507V.

Catalog number RDB19041
Resource name pMXs-3xFLAG-KLF4(L507V)
Clone info. Retroviral expression vector of human Kruppel like factor 4 (KLF4) mutant (L507V) tagged with 3xFLAG at N-terminus. This clone was constructed based on pMXs-3xFLAG-KLF4 (RDB19004).
Comment This clone contains a cDNA fragment corresponding to the 627nt to 2037nt of NM_004235.6 (CDS: 598nt to 2037nt) as similar as in the Cell (2007), 131 (5), 861-872. The number at the end of the clone name indicates the position of the substituted amino acid. The position of that amino acid corresponds to NP_001300981.1.
Vector backbone pMXs (plasmid)
Selectable markers Ampicillin
Gene/insert name human KLF4 cDNA
