Comment | ECFP and EYFP are tagged at N- and C-terminus of mouse Epac2A respectively. Bgl-II/EcoRI fragment of Epac2A and EcoRI fragment of EYFP were ligated to Bgl-II/EcoRI sites of pECFP-C (Clontech). Expression was confirmed by the depositor with FRET imaging. |
