This clone might have a DNA sequence corresponding 47nt to 1950nt of NM_001111045.1 as 47nt to 431nt and 1751nt to 1950nt of NM_001111045.1 were observed. Known differences (at least): substitutions T to C at 291nt and A to G at 1946nt.
Comment Cre-recombinase is required to remove LNL stuffer sequence.
