Clone info. Retroviral vector of mouse Yap1, S112A mutation in Tead BD. cDNA fragment 210 to 1,625 nt of NM_009534.3 (CDS, 207..1625) is cloned. T to G substitution at 540 nt and C to A substitution at 542 nt (Ser to Ala at 112th aa, introduced mutation).
Comment Transfection can be confirmed by GFP. See Fig. 3A of Ota and Sasaki, Development 135: 4059-4069 (2008). Known differences: G to C substitution at 212 nt (Glu to Asp at 2nd aa). C to A substitution at 477 nt (Arg at 91st aa, synonymous) and XhoI site insertion at the position.
