Clone info. Expression clone of mouse Yap1, dominant negative. cDNA fragment 210 to 1,056 of NM_009534.3 (CDS, 207..1625) is cloned. S112A mutation, deletion of activation domain, Engrailed repression domain are constructed.
Comment See Fig. 5A of Nishioka et al., Dev. Cell 16: 398-410 (2009). HA-tag is fused before Yap1, and Myc-tag is fused after Engrailed repression domain. The expression vector has a stretch of poly(A). Known differences: G to C substitution at 212 nt (Glu to Asp at 2nd aa). C to A substitution at 477 nt (Arg at 91st aa, synonymous) and XhoI site insertion at the position.
