Clone info. Mammalian expression vector for human SOD1 with FLAG tag at C-terminus. Gly93Ala mutation correlating familial ALS. cDNA fragment 149 to 610nt of NM_000454.4 with Gly93Ala mutation is cloned.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the depositor with Westernblotting of transfected mammalian cells using commarcialy available anti-SOD1 and anti-FLAG antibodies. Known differences (at least): C to T substitution at 187nt (Gly, synonym).
