Clone info. Retroviral expression vector of mouse CD19-2YF mutant, in which two YxxM motifs (Y482 and Y513; PI3K-binding motif) were replaced with FxxM motifs, cloned into the pMXs-IRES-GFP. Refer Fig.2 of Haniuda, K., Nat. Immunol., 17 (9): 1109-1117 (2016).
