Clone info. Short hairpin RNA (shRNA) lentivirus expression vector of human signal transducer and activator of transcription 5 (STAT5) shRNA, U6 promoter, GFP. The target sequences for both STAT5A and STAT5B is 5'-GCAGAAACTGTTCAACAACAG-3' with a harpin 5'-CTCGAG-3'.
Comment Expression was confirmed by the deposotor with the observation of GFP expression.
