Clone info. Expression vector of secreted recombinant chimeric protein for the extracellular region of a membrane protein with human Immunoglobulin heavy chain region. Please see Suda, T. and Nagata., J. Exp. Med. 179 (3): 873-878, 1994. Transfection of this plasmid into mammalian cells (293 T or COS7 cells) produces a soluble chimeric protein consisting of the extracellular region of membrane protein fused to human IgG Fc region.
