Clone info. For fusion of StayGold to the C-terminus of a target molecule (X). n1 is the appendage that facilitates fusions to the N-terminus of StayGold. X-(n1)StayGold is required to terminate with the original C-terminus of StayGold. The gene for StayGold in this construct has been resynthesized with mammalian-preferred codons. See Hirano, M. et al., Nat. Biotechnol. 2022 doi: 10.1038/s41587-022-01278-2 for more information.
Comment The accession numbers in the DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank databases are LC601652 for StayGold, LC593679 for h-StayGold and LC601653 for oxStayGold.
Vector backbone pRSET (plasmid)
Size of vector backbone 2.9 kb
