Genes involved in the Notch signaling pathway

Fluorescent reporter clone of Notch signal activation

pRBS-EGFP expression clone

The pRBS-EGFP expression clone deposited by Dr. Makoto Mark Taketo, Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University allows you monitoring the state of activation of the Notch signaling by EGFP in living cells. The Notch signaling reporter construct containing the EGFP under the control of the Rbpj-binding sequences (RBS, hexamerized 50 bp EBNA2 response element of the TP-1 promoter) derived form the original plasmid pGA981-6 (TP1-luc(981-6)) deposited by Dr. Tasuku Honjo.
