Clone info. Expression vector of mature melanosome marker, which Myc-tagged C terminal half tail region (amino acid residues 879-1110) of the mouse kinesin superfamily protein, member 1C (Kif1c) is expressed under the control of the EF1 alpha promoter. Please refer Ishida, M., Sci. Rep. 5, 8238, 2015 (PMID 25649263) for Kif1c-tail domain.
Comment Please refer Mori, Y. et al. J. Biol. Chem., 287 (12): 8963-8973, 2012 (PMID 22291024) for pEF-Myc vector. Expression was confirmed by the deposotor with immunoprecipitation and microscopy.
